Federal Judge enjoins Obama Administration funding of Embryonic Stem Cell Research

A federal district court judge has enjoined the Obama Administration’s effort to fund embryonic stem cell research. The judge found that such efforts are prohibited by the Dickey-Wicker Amendment.
