The International Conference on Feminism and the Law: Revisiting the Past, Rethinking the Present and Thinking the Way Forward aims to bring together academics, lawyers, researchers, students and activists from India and around the world to explore how women’s experiences have been structured, impacted, controlled, or ignored by law; the challenges posed by globalization, growing militarization and fundamentalism to the law and legal structures, and the possibilities and limits of realizing women’s rights through the law.

SUBMISSION OF ABSTRACTS
