Florida’s 24-hour waiting period for an abortion ruled unconstitutional

Here  is a link to a story in the National Right to Life News about a recent decision holding Florida’s 24-hour waiting period for an abortion unconstitutional. Waiting periods have typically been upheld by the courts. This ruling is based on Florida’s Constitution, which in contrast to the US Constitution provides explicit protection for privacy rights.
