Good news for researchers in controversial areas

Lifesitenews.com reports here that the University of Texas has found that there was insufficient evidence to investigate research done by Mark Regnerus into the effects of same-sex parenting on children. Regnerus had been accused by LGBT activists of fraudulent research.

If this is evidence of a trend, it bodes well for pro-life researchers, who also may be accused of misconduct in studies in controversial areas. At least some  administrations will stand behind those that conduct research that draws conclusions that run contrary to the received positions of dominant academic culture.
