NY Times article on Pain-Capable Unborn Child Protection Act.

Here is a link to an interesting article in today’s New York Times. http://www.nytimes.com/2013/06/18/us/politics/undaunted-by-2012-elections-republicans-embrace-anti-abortion-agenda.html?pagewanted=all&_r=0

The article discusses the pending House consideration of the Pain-Capable Unborn Child Protection Act, although the article available on-line doesn’t manage to mention the title of the proposed bill until the 24th paragraph. The article is all about what the Times can only understand as an effort to “appease [a] vocal base.” After the Gosnell trial, which the article does indeed mention, it is is fascinating that the Times can’t seem to understand that pro-lifers care about protecting unborn children.
