Sixth Circuit to Rehear Ohio’s Law Banning Down Syndrome Abortions

Here is a link to a LifeNews article discussing the Sixth Circuit’s decision to vacate a panel decision that invalidated Ohio’s law banning abortions due to a diagnosis that the unborn baby has Down Syndrome. Indiana’s law was struck down by the Seventh Circuit and the US Supreme Court refused to review that decision.

Ohio now has a chance to defend the constitutionality of its law before the full Sixth Circuit.
