Here is an article from LifeNews about Attorney General Ken Paxton’s decision to appeal the decision by a federal district court judge holding Texas’s ban Ion dismemberment abortions unconstitutional. Paxton stated: “No just society should tolerate the tearing of living human beings to pieces.” Paxton added that the law is constitutional, “treats the unborn with dignity and respect and protects the integrity of the medical profession.”
