Here is a link to an article by Ed Whelan on the August 23, 2023 decision by the South Carolina Supreme Court upholding the constitutionality of that state’s heartbeat law. The Court (by a 4-1 vote) rejected the argument that the law (which prohibits abortion after the detection of a fetal heartbeat) violated the state constitutionaal right to privacy.
